What a game!  If the team where ducks, then they would have been fine.  The game was very even with Appin leading 2-1 at half time.    The second half started with a quick Harrington Park goal, which evened the  score.    After that Appin seemed to have problems landing a goal, with many attempts made, until the final 10 mins, when Andrew Cunningham again proved why he is called 'golden boots!'  Appin ended up winning 3-2 after great defense by Harry Wilson, Gavin Robertson and Nathan Brown.   Awards ended up  Maccas Award to Darcy Brown and Gavin Robertson was awarded the Trophy.   Special mention also given to the rest of the team for putting in 150%.    Great all round effort!!!  Next time the coach may think twice about SUGGESTING a victory slide in the mud, as he was then voted into taking them all home in his car!!!!!
